Team alliances not reset when starting a campaign after playing a skirmish #103

If user plays a skirmish with allied teams and then starts a new campaign, the alliances from the skirmish get carried over to the campaign and player will not be able to attack or be attacked by AI which happens to have the same team number from the skirmish.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. start a skirmish and select any 8 player map
  2. change all the computer players to team 0
  3. start the game, it will end in victory in few seconds
  4. start a new campaign, you will be allied with the scavengers

Version - 2.1 beta 5 (TRUNK-6125)
