Voice message "Power resource" when enemy find them

Description
When playing "Hide Behind Me" sometimes the voice message "Power resource" come but no new "Power Source" is on the radar map. When I use Key F12 screen move to a position in the enemy area that is not visible by me and my allies. I think it is a bug. Finding a power Resource by an enemy trigger the Voice Message "Power Resource".
I play the Windows Version of 2.3 beta9 on Linux (Ubuntu 8.04 aka Hardy) with Wine (Compiling is to difficult for me).
Please change Ticket Version to "2.3 beta 9". "2.3 beta 9" is not in the list.

Voice Massages comes three times ("Power resource" and "Artifact detectet"). I think one for me and two for the allies. When a message comes for "bulding finish" the comes only one time. I think there is a second bug that I hear voice messages for my allies when the comes for me too.

I can confirm this. Happens on beta 9
Oh and on Arch Linux, compiled it myself, but unmodified.
