Description
Since Beta 7 or 8, the Score & Kills of with human Players in the Multiplayer are not counted, unlike in the ai, this is normally counted everything.

(In [9587]) Simplify sendScoreCheck() and Remove recvScoreSubmission() since it wasn't needed, and instead use setMultiStats().
This fixes the scoreboard so all sides have the correct score. *NOTE* If you cheat then your score will _NOT_ advance! *NOTE* scoreboard is the *last* priority for the sync code, if things don't look correct on all screens, now you know why.
Host updates the AI scores to all machines.

Sometimes it happens only to host. Please fix it, I want to get my upper star.
