keyword_team_colors_old_models resolution_closed type_patch (an actual patch, not a request for one) | by Berg


This is work in progress it is not meant to be better models just old models with team colours added to most structures.
It has the masks for

Page 10,

page 11,

page 12,

Page 13,

I noticed your attached tarball has .svn files in it. Unpacking this in a source tree will cause difficulties so I deleted it.

Sorry. This is my fault for telling you to tar your work up. I didn't realize you had an svn checkout.

Since you have the source checked out, you can simply make a patch using the command 'svn diff > some_file.patch' . This will be smaller than the tarball since it will only contain the differences.

Yes. It is not upping the textures although I intend to scale them all to 512x512..
I am starting on the base structures

These are pages 10 to 13

These pages have many other pie files associated with them I am trying to sort through these and add team colours where needed.
Example of this is Page 12 which has 18 pie files that draw texture from it.
No small task.

Have all the pie's assosiated with pages 10-13 flags (+1000) changed but not all have team colour position plotted as the need is not there
I have looked ingame as as many structures as I can and they all seem ok that I saw

Converted page 15-16 textures to use tcmask pie files that draw from these pages TYPE flags changed texture change and tcmask texture page added

I will add diff file it says units it contains cyborg and tank bodies with mask

Are needed to apply this patch I am at the stage where it needs testing to make sure i have not missed anything or see if i have made errors.
This patch adds tcmask to all weapons bodies proplsion and structures.
the earlier patch and diff files are all included in this tcmasktotal.diff file so they are not needed...(I hope)

All textures are 512X521
The textures are not perfect they may need to be adjusted but thats the easy part.

Wonder how that happened
ok 2 remedies 1 paste page-14_tcmask.png into page-14-droid-hubs.png and lighten as the colours will come out too dark
or use the image i have just uploaded page-14-droid-hubs.png

dak180 I downloaded and tried the files in crush zip
they did not work in my machine

Some of them were greyscale If this runs on other machine ok but they don't work for me
I will upload a uniform tarball of all indexed pages these work. My original format of RGB.

OK I did not like my attempt at crunching the images into index mode so i removed the ones that were here and uploaded a RGB set.
Seems I cant convert them down with gimp as well as dak180 can
