AI trucks are not moving for quite a while when there is something they don´t aspect there to be #2417

I was playing a skirmish match on the map "Sk-SandCastles-T1" against 7 AIs set to medium difficulty.
It is difficult to describe the error. It often happens to me that AI trucks are just standing around, doing nothing, because there is something. I don´t know what "something" is, I am jst a normal gamer and I don´t know anything about scripts etc...
I just can show you the screenshots I have taken and describe the bug.

Comments to screenshots:
1st screenshot shows one way to my base I am defending with MG-Towers.
An AI-truck was comming, probably he wants to go for the oil-field upside. But my tank was constructing some defences. This causes the AI-tank not to move but to stand besides the MG-Tower and getting killed...

2nd to 4th screenshot are showing the same scene. Red has build an oil-turret already. When my tank arrived, tanks of red, black and lila where standing besides it. So I constructed a MG-Tower to blow the oil-turret and build one for myself. But the tanks of red, black and lila where waiting patiently. After my MG-Tower killed the oil-turret, it kills the tanks as well. They weren´t moving, even if they were attacked.
I have no idea what is causing this engine cutouts here and there.

Try again in master. This code has changed quite a bit there.
