The last few masters I've noticed that if I jump the screen to an area of the map by right clicking the mini map and attempt to fine-tune the jump by scrolling before the camera shake effect completes the screen will jump the length of the screen in the direction scrolling.

I dare say this issue is fixed in the 2011.05.19 master build.... HOWEVER, now all scrolling slightly jumpy and clunky (mouse and arrow keys).

Update: scrolling is way less horrid with Vsync turned off. Still a bit bumpy, though.
