resolution_fixed type_bug | by Asgorath

I was playing a match on Sk-Clover when I noticed that it is possible to see units firing at each other through the fog of war. I was playing with 7 AI´s on hard difficulty.

Please change version from 2.3.7 to 2.3.x and master. Happens in master_20110801 as well
