Hello this humble proposal contain that heatbalance mod along with some other changes.

in short

• MP Balance (commit: )
  • Thermal armor accessible earlier
  • Twin assault cannon splash damage reduced
  • Green bodies had a serious boost in hp.
  • PepperPot 50% boost (trough both rof and dmg)
  • Plasmite bomb speed decreased by 20%.
  • Heavylaser HP halved and price halved
  • single MG does no more become obsolete
  • Mini-pod range increased from 8 to 9 , ROF+9%
  • Sunburst and Cannon flak emplacement price reviewed -50$ (not much I'm affraid)

I must stress on the heat armor change which is badly needed (or something similar). I believe the other changes will make the game better, but was not discussed so far. I wouldn't mind if some (all?) of them was not kept.

I just removed my needle gun convertion to an high HP weapon. Not because I dont think that it would be a very nice add to the game, but because I guess I'm here to propose uncontrovertial slight changes that fit with the habits of everyone, not to make/impose new things.

I have also slightly decreased the loading time of the mini pod... (was still in the "fail" tiers... try to get it into "low tier")
