One specific trouble with pathfinding

Description

Trucks fail to find the way to the top one of the two central oils on Sk-Valley built-in map from afar, but you can still build it if you navigate them step-by-step. AI will never capture this oil derrick unless it destroys the trees around it.

Ignore buildings on source or destination when pathfinding.

Droids should now go to the nearest point instead of a point which might not even be accessible, when trying to build modules or derricks.

Fixes ticket:2978.
