resolution_fixed type_bug | by Emdek

After researching artifact (three stages) mission won't end even if there is no enemy unit on the map.

Do not treat pointers as 32-bit integers when comparing values in scripts.

When comparing two RESEARCHes, compare RESEARCH::ref, since the pointers may apparently be different.

Fixes #3027.
