resolution_fixed type_bug | by cybersphinx

Load e.g. "a 04 01" from #3202, try to load some units into the transport, and the game says it only wants to load cyborgs into a cyborg transport. Broken in (surprise) fcede64e428e46657db2ef7b0f7bd1ce26b1d91d.

That commit also breaks campaign savegames. Load e.g. "a 09 03" from #3202, and the commander you see thinks it's a transport, moves to its destination and hovers there. "a 10 01" crashes. Both worked properly before.

Fix transporter check for SP games.
Add some FIXME comments when we properly fix the campaign scripts.
Expose DROID_SUPERTRANSPORTER to the script engine
Fix gifting of the Super Transporter, along with some other fixes.
Fixes #3224
