I'm sure it isn't to do with my fps, this even happens in 2.3.9 - and my fps in that is always around 45.

Same problem occured with this menu as well, it's similar but for trucks (when trying to recycle those trucks)

This is difficult, it doesn't happen all the time, happens sporadically. I have noticed something recently, however ...
I hope uploaded image helps, it shows the intelligence menu and the sticking menu on together. When the menu which freezes doesn't 'freeze' it's usually removed before the intelligence menu appears.

It's irritating, to remove the menu you must bring up the research menu or the design menu.

Unsure if this still is a issue, since Cyp redid the widget window system... so, it may have been fixed.. or not.

(this is in master builds, so you need something made in the last 3 or so months.)

For now, closing ticket.
If anyone that uses any of the newer master builds sees it again, then let us know.
