Health for Oil Derricks is greater than 100 when damaged. #3930

If object is an oil derrick, object.health is >= 100.
Code must have a +/- sign wrong somewhere.
If nobody noticed before must be they're just checking if it's not 100 for a repair?
I'm assuming it's in the scripting/Ai part of the game, as
damage shows correctly in the game's graphics.
