Single Player Campaign:

When producing vehicles while on a sub-mission, all produced units end up in one corner of the main campaign map. (This is not tested with commander assigned production.)

Confirmed. The units are not using the factory delivery point, nor are they appearing by the factory that built them. They just appear in the corner of the map.
