Description

Hi,

I want to show some issues according the tech tree which don't make much sense to me at the moment.

1: There are some hardpoints/bunkers/emplacements/sites, that are available for research without having even "Hardcrete" researched. Examples: Cyclone Hardpoint and Site, Whirlwind Hardpoint and Site, HVC Hardpoint and Emplacement, Needlegun Tower (not sure), VTOL Strike Tower, VTOL CB Tower, CB Tower (not sure), Wide Spectrum Sensor Tower (not sure). Maybe there are some more.

1b:Furthermore in my opinion Cyclone and Whirlwind Hardpoint research do cost to much time and money compared with the site equals.

2: "Mortar Rapid Loader" is available for research after having researched "Cannon Rapid Loader" without having the mortar tree even touched. I think it would make more sense, if it gets available after having both "Cannon Rapid Loader" and "Morter Fast Loader Mk III" researched completely.

3: Same thing with "AA HEAP Flak" (or "AA Chainfeed Loader") after researched "HVAPFSDS Cannon Rounds Mk II" (or "Cannon Rapid Loader"). "AA HE Flak Mk III" (or "AA Ammunition Hopper Mk III") should also be required.

4: Factory, Cyborg Factory, VTOL Factory, Repair Facility... improvements should only be available for research, when the proper buildings already have been built once.

5: Some cyborgs can be researched without having built a Cyborg Factory. Can't specify them yet but I try to find out the next days. Only the Assault Gunner just came to my mind.

1: Those are high enough in the tech tree that people can have them, regardless.

1b: They're hardpoints. They're the only anti-air structures that aren't incredibly easy to destroy. That's worth something.

2, 3: Known, will be fixed.

4, 5: I'm fixing this in the other direction: No research should require the corresponding structure. As long as you have the prerequisite research, you don't need to build the structure to research better versions.

Partially fixed in Rebalance 0.5.0 (r7353/r7354).

I still need to fix Mortar Fast Loader.
