New designs and alterations to existing designs break the Factory menu if made while on a sub-mission. For example, I edited all of my existing designs to use the new Cobra chassis and I created a new design using the Light Cannon. I then clicked on the Factory icon to build some while I wait for the timer to count down before returning to base. I know the Factory menu had designs in it before I edited anything because I built units to transport during that same sub-mission. The Research menu still had all of my designs.

After returning to base, my designs still were not listed in the Factory menu, so I tried deleting all of my designs from the Research menu and recreated one. The Factory menu still does not show the new design. Thus, I am unable to continue the game.

I'm attaching a saved game where I'm still in the sub-mission and the Factory menu is broken.

  1. the .gam file is not enough, please try to get the nearby folder here too.

  2. you must have forgot to build factory modules to unlock cobra production.

Doh... You are correct. I just needed the factory module. Dumb mistake on my part. This ticket can be closed/deleted.

Wait I am having this issue and I DO have all my factory modules built up to the third level. What gives? Also I am using version 3.1.1.
