resolution_fixed type_patch (an actual patch, not a request for one) | by dl7und

Complete Chinese translation of 2.2, zh_TW.

I know there already is a translation, though not complete. This translation is however unrelated to the one uploaded by chtsau, since it had been planned as a project in a translation course before chtsau announced his translation. It was too late to change the course plan when I saw the announcement, so some work probably got done twice...

The header appears to be copy/pasted from the en-UK translation, so I don't know how this is intended to be licensed. What kind of license do you want? I would prefer something like CC0 http://creativecommons.org/license/zero/, but GPLv2+ also works.

The header needs some work. Is any of this correct?:

Is it possible for you both to get together and hammer our the remaining issues?
