game crash on HQ construction #4404

I started a new skirmish game with no bases and when construction of the HQ was completed the game crashed. However the game starts ok with a beginning base. No error messages in the game logs.

It might be a problem with "The Pit" map. On two occasions the game crashed playing this map when I completed construction of the HQ. I tried again (but on a different map) with starting bases and the game worked. Then I just tried "The Pit" again, but with starting bases and the game crashed on me.

the game hard locks when you select advanced bases on the pit map
you can not even see the game screen only the map preview screen is up

The game also locks up when starting Ziggurat, concrete (both 8 player maps) and great rift (4 person map) with advanced bases for me. These maps start without bases but the game locks up on completion of the hq. The rush map (4 person) does not crash when starting with advanced bases or on completion of the hq.

negative values being passed and loops spin forever because of it
