units desinged in editor not showing up in factory list when saving and loading #4425

I tried searching for this bug, from the bug reports, this should be fixed, but its not.

I have included my save games so that you can see the issue.

What is interesting, everything is fine on mission 1 and 2, the units show up fine in the factory build menu. (when saving and loading) However, on the third mission, (the one where you research and build the power upgrade) and beyond, units don't show up in the build menu. only when you design the unit again, does it show up. Also this now includes the trucks, as they would show up regardless, but not anymore. just a blank build menu.

Wasn't sure what to put for component, hope savegame is OK? as it does effect savegames.

Not really sure what else to add. close if this is a dupe, but I did try searching for this bug, bug couldn't see an opened ticket, but there are a few closed ones, including the one I also created. Anyway, thought it was better to create a new ticket.

If you need extra details, please let me know

Thats because this was an issue in 3.1.5 and was fixed in 3.2.0 I believe.
but since vexed keeps saying this is the version to play for campaign some poeple still reported it.
