resolution_fixed type_patch (an actual patch, not a request for one) | by Vincent

This patch fixes build of netplay component and quesoglc import with VS2015. The only remaining blocker is the version number generation.

I don't have any version of MSVC to test, but if I understand right, 4988349910defdb12329615fbd0e6f85a0d18400 fixes #4466, #4467 and #4491.
