It happened first in the "estabilish forward base" alpha mission, then now it happened a second time in gamma - but this time I caught it in a savegame! :D
The problem: an invincible enemy transport spawns, thus making the mission impossible to win.
In the included savegame, it is located in the top-left corner (can be easily seen with the "deity" cheat or with a vtol).
I'm using a mod (included) which is a simple copypaste of multiplayer stats onto the singleplayer.
