Lord_Kane commented I have noticed that what terrain a structure with a weapon its built on causes this effect, it sometimes occurs on flat terrain as well. Even some prebuilt structures are affected. I find it happens to units randomly, all units are affected, even trucks changing texture sizes did nothing for me. Lord_Kane commented Alright, I know I am probably talking to the wind here but here it goes. So here is the results for this first group of tests and anything I note Procedure: Start up a skirmish game on SK-Rush (where the effect is most noticeable) Save the game and reload it from ingame I would then record the results (which will be below) then I would change the variable (constants and variables will recorded with every experiment block) and restart the game resume the testing procedure. Experiment Block 1: Variable: Test 1: New game: Weapon distortion only occurred on Cannon bunker, built units where unaffected. Test 2: New Game: Weapon Distortion only occurred on Cannon Bunker, built units were unaffected. Test 3 New game: Weapon distortion only occurred on Cannon bunker, built units where unaffected. Test 4 New game: Weapon distortion only occurred on Cannon bunker, built units where unaffected. Test 5 New game: Weapon distortion only occurred on Cannon bunker, built units where unaffected. Block 1 Notes and observations: As a one of sub experiment I would save when units weapons stoppod distorting on test 3 and 5 and reload from both ingame and from main menu and the effect only returned on Test 3 dunno why. End of Block 1 |

I was worried this was a ATI only issue, but it seems to affect nvidia cards too. I hope a solution is found soon. |

Berserk Cyborg commented I noticed that for units the weapon will stretch down for a certain period of time and then correct itself after a while. This will repeat given enough time. It is kind of rare to see this effect on units though. |

| by Berserk CyborgI noticed that there is a weird bug that causes weapons to be distorted on units/structures that are built (does not seem to affect structures placed on map start). Only the weapon is affected and occurs on cyborgs/tanks/vtols and defenses structures. Occurs regardless of viewing angles and is not reproducible on 3.2.1 release.
All I can give is a picture as no errors were produced in the log file.
