resolution_fixed type_patch (an actual patch, not a request for one) | by Forgon

The PIE model for the Flamer Bunker contained a blue and purple stripe at the
front side of the bunker's roof.

Checking polygon coordinates in data/base/texpages/page-17-droid-weapons.png
revealed that the vertical coordinates were wrong. They have been fixed.

* remove blue and purple stripe from front side of its roof
* change vertical coordinates to match gray bunker rectangle in texpage
