When did you create these saves? Seeing as you specified the master version, any save created on/after 020ebc05ba4b2f9697ce1a799001485c73104580 and before b1bafc20df8bbdc4c884d2fe5c600b09e3f82215 will be broken. You'll need to reload a save before that first commit written above (~Jan 9th).

When uploading saves, in the future, we also need the folder with the same name as the .gam file.

Unfortunately, the master build you used was one that produced saves with broken script states. You'll need to use an older save or start over on a newer master build.
