VSync doesn't seem to work correctly.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows

Description

Using: FMV-Alpha

FPS and SinglePlayerFPS are set to 75 (thats the refresh rate of my monitor) When I also enable vsync in the configfile, there is a huge tearing border which walks slowly over the screen when moving the camera.

In the driver settings, vsync was set to "off, unless application specifies", when I enforce vsync over the driver menu, it works fine.

Using Windows Vista x64 ATI HD 3870 with Catalyst 8.8

FPS and SinglePlayerFPS aren't quite what you think they are. Leave them at their default values, and see if that makes vsync work better.

We just ask SDL to enable vsync on our behalf. Therefore the problem is either with SDL or your graphics card drivers. The vsync code is known to work on Nvidia (Linux) and Intel (X3100, OS X).
