keyword_Truck resolution_fixed type_bug | by Frank Horrigan

Starting a new Skirmish, I noticed that the "Truck" uses 62 power and has 180 HP, whereas it's duplicate, a "Truck Viper Wheels" uses 63 power and has 181 HP.

Hey, that's totally not what I meant by that!

I've discovered the problem.

Templates created in the design screen have ZNULLSENSOR, which has a price of 1.

Templates that come with the game, such as the truck, have DefaultSensor1Mk1, which has a price of 0.

I'm going to set ZNULLSENSOR to 0 and see if that causes any problems.

(In [9159]) 2.3: Fix bug #967 - templates.txt templates (namely, Truck and AI templates) were 1 power point cheaper, and had 1 less HP, than templates created in the Design screen.
