I have the same problem in every lobby I'm in. It may have to deal with resolution. Here are the specs/settings I run it on.

Core i7, DDR3 Ram, ATI 4770 x2 (xFire), Dual monitor setup, main monitor is only one used at 1920x1080, Windows 7 x64 RC. All in-game settings are set to highest possible.
