When a VTOL is put into a super transporter and then taken out form it, and all this without having reached any VTOL pad, the VTOL is totally and immediately reloaded, but not repaired.

Maybe it can be an idea, but I think that instantanly reloading VTOLs is unfair (and notice that this works also during campaigns...).
It would be better to transform the transporters into a repair and reload center for all the units (even for Cyborgs in the normal transporter). So by right-clicking on the transporter, more than to see what units are inside, the player could see their health growing and the level of reloading for the VTOLs. This would be as if the transporters provide a repair turret or a VTOL pad to each unit inside of them.

Rename DROID::sMove.iAttackRuns[i] to DROID::asWeaps[i].usedAmmo.

The sMove structure is cleared when unloading from transports, and it makes no sense to think of used ammo as pathfinding-related, anyway.

Fixes #3554.
